- Community Partnerships: Joint initiatives with non-profits, institutions, or advocacy groups.
- Custom Projects: Unique campaigns, research initiatives, or co-branded activities agreed upon in writing.
3. General Obligations
Platform Obligations:
- To provide a transparent, fair, and professional environment for all collaborations.
- To publish and promote content in accordance with our editorial and ethical standards.
- To disclose sponsored or paid collaborations to maintain community trust.
Collaborator Obligations:
- To ensure all content provided is original, accurate, and free from intellectual property violations.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and community standards.
- To avoid content that is defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful.
4. Rights and Ownership
- Collaborators retain rights to their original contributions but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, distribute, and promote such content.
- Sponsored or co-created content may be subject to additional agreements regarding ownership and usage rights.
5. Payment and Compensation

- Collaborators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and representatives against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their contributions.
8. Governing Law
This Collaboration Framework shall be governed by and construed under the laws applicable to Times of Rising’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
